At 1900 hours, 26 of our Members attended our weekly Monday Drill at the MSP Trooper 7 Aviation Hanger located in St. Mary's County Airport. The crew from Trooper 7 explained proper techniques on loading patients as well as the many different capabilities of the aircraft.

Members became more familiar with the aircraft itself where as on an incident scene, we would not be able to learn about certain components. The crew also answered questions at the end to help our Drivers and Officers become even more enhanced when picking a specific Landing Zone.

The members of Mechanicsville Volunteer Fire Department would like to thank the crew from MSP Trooper 7 as well as Engine 73 from Hollywood VFD and Squad 6 from Huntingtown VFD for filling in for us.
