Rescue Engine 22 was alerted to the area of 26051 Mechanicsville Road for the serious motor vehicle accident. Units arrived to find a single vehicle on its side into a utility pole with the operator trapped.

Firefighters stabilized the vehicle and flapped the roof to free the lone occupant. Not complaining of any injuries, a signed refusal was obtained by Ambulance 296.

Units operated for approximately thirty minutes.
