At 0630 hours Engine 23(FF/EMT Raley) went enroute to Prince Frederick VFD to stand by while their department conducted training evolutions in an acquired structure. Engine 23 arrived at 0700 hours along with Tower 9 and Squad 5.

Within thirty minutes of being at Prince Frederick, Calvert Communications alerted companies to Area Box 7-04 for a working house fire on North Street in Calvert Beach. Calvert Engines 7, 2, 6, 3, Calvert Tower 2, Truck 3, and Rescues 7, and 2 were alerted on the assignment. With this Engine 23, Tower 9, and Squad 5 responded.

Engine 23 arrived 3rd due and completed the primary water supply by picking up the hydrant that Engine 62 laid out from. The crew went to work opening up the fire room for the first due engine.
